CASUAL CLASSES

Class Description

All of our casual classes are suitable for people with little or no previous experience in yoga and all students with previous experience from beginner to advanced levels.

These classes acquaint the complete beginner with the basics of structural alignment, how to coordinate the basic body movements, and the fundamentals of yogic breathing techniques.

For more experienced students the focus is brought to increasing strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall skill in the asanas.

As skill in the practice develops these classes work on flowing combinations of yoga asanas unique to this dynamic style of yoga.

Awareness of the breath and maintaining an uninterrupted meditative flow from one asana to the next is constantly encouraged and perfected through the process of the class to help every student to realize their utmost potential.

No booking is required for attendance in Casual Classes.

All students of yoga welcome.
