DRAGON GATE CHI GONG

Chi Gong is the ancient art of Taoist healing, longevity and meditation.

The movement of Chi creates the entire universe. Chi is matter and matter is Chi. Chi manifests itself in many ways. The human body is formed by the movement of Chi and is sustained by absorbing Chi from the food we eat and the air we breathe. Blocked Chi flow and insufficient internal Chi are the cause of most diseases.

Chi Gong is very powerful for self healing, internal energy cultivation, relaxation and to develope and deepen the experience of meditation.

The breathing and movements of Dragon Gate Chi Gong improve the assimilation of oxygen in the blood helping to detoxify the body and create more internal Chi. After practicing Chi Gong exercises digestion is improved and the nutrients from the food we eat become easier for the body to transform into internal Chi. When enough internal Chi has been developed and stored in the body it is possible to direct the Chi to blocked or weak areas and heal any disorder.

Individual treatment sessions consist of a twenty minute Chi massage and twenty minutes of Chi Gong exercises. Massage along the meridian channels improves the flow of Chi then practice of the exercises increases the levels of internel Chi.

Spine and sports injuries are quick and easy to fix, other more chronic conditions can take longer. Heart disease, stress, chronic fatigue, back pain, allergies, high/low blood pressure, eating disorders, women's health (including menstration problems and infertility) can all be successfully treated.

Once a number of Chi Gong exercises have been learnt they must be practiced every day for lasting and effective treatment.
