DURATION OF A PRACTISE
The asana forms of Sakshin Ghatastha Yoga require one to two hours to complete. The duration depends upon how many breaths are taken in each asana.
The time frame may be shortened or lengthened to suit the individual. Yoga asana are suitable for everyone. Each individual needs to learn how to adjust the asana to suit their own capacity and limitations without compromising the integrity of the energetic principle. This will ensure no danger of over exertion.
Yoga is an endeavour to develop constant awareness and sensitivity, it would be foolish to destroy ones health and become ill through excessive training.
