Ghatastha Yoga

The Yoga Arts Academy Melbourne has been teaching the principles of Ghatastha Yoga since its establishment in 1998.

Ghatastha Yoga has its roots in classical Hatha Yoga and the disciplines developed by the ancient Tantric masters of India, Tibet and China.
