Duncan Ewing has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 30 years.  Duncan will expand your understanding of the relationship between the breath, mind, free feeling and classical yoga poses. This workshop will cover all the basic fundamentals of practice in the Ghatastha Yoga Method. A true process of Yoga incorporating thousands of traditional training methods from the ancient traditions of Hatha Yoga.
